Panadera champions Filipino bread and coffee on Vogue UK

A Filipino bakery on Vogue

This month, we’re listed as one of London’s best-kept-secret food & drink spots up north! An homage to every household’s female baker - our mothers, we are a Filipino bakery in London that celebrates culture through bread.

Special thank you to Olivia Marks, Features Editor of British Vogue and illustrator Anna Higgie

What is a Filipino Sando?

Our corned-beef hash sando has made its way to the glossy pages of Vogue. For those of you who remain unfamiliar, our corned-beef hash sando is a savoury no-crust sandwich filled with minced Filipino beef that has been brined for over 24 hours. Wrapped in béchamel sauce and our signature Panadera loaf, our corned-beef hash sando is every meat lover’s dream!

Reinventing Filipino classics

Ube French Toast in Panadera Bakery, London

Our limited and seasonal Ube French Toast

While we stick to traditional favourites such as our Pandesal (which means salt bread in Tagalog), we also love putting creative twists on the classics like with our previously limited Ube French Toast.

Ube Pie in Panadera Bakery

Our Ube Pie available daily at Panadera Bakery in Camden

And if you love Mamasons’ Ube ice cream, you have to try our Ube Pie which is a butter, flaky, and freshly-baked Panadera dessert using our signature ube flavour. We also celebrate tropical and fruity flavours with our Calamansi Meringue Tart.

Filipino-inspired coffee and drinks

Specialty Iced Coffee at Panadera Bakery

Our specialty iced coffee and drinks (L-R): Strawberry Frappe, Iced Milo Mocha, and our Buko Pandan frappe

What better way to complete your Filipino bread than with kape or Filipino coffee? Our sweet Ube Latte is perfect for a sweeter morning with pandesal while our special Spanish Latte is best paired with our Panadera loaf.

On the other hand, our strawberry iced latte and buko pan dan frappe were made for sweet tooths! For a more chocolatey flavour, we also serve iced milo mocha.

Visit Panadera Bakery

We are located at 83 Kentish Town Road in Camden Town, London, NW1 8NY and we are open from 9am to 5pm daily.
